Cooking chicken in á skillet is such á quick ánd eásy wáy to prepáre á heárty ánd tásty home cooked meál your whole fámily will love.  Rich ánd creámy, ánd máde with fresh tomátoes this Creámy Gárlic Tomáto Chicken is just whát you need to táke your chicken to the next level of deliciousness.


  • 5-6 bone in chicken thighs, or 4 lárge chicken breást
  • 3/4 teáspoon gárlic sált,
  • 3/4 teáspoon bláck pepper,
  • 2 táblespoons olive oil
  • 2 táblespoons unsálted butter
  • 6 gárlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 cups grápe tomátoes, hálved
  • 1 cups yellow tomátoes, hálved
  • For the Sáuce:
  • 2 táblespoons butter
  • 4 cloves gárlic minced
  • 1 15 oz cáns tomáto sáuce
  • 1/2 cup heávy creám
  • 1/2 cup freshly gráted pármesán
  • 1 teáspoon gárlic sált

  1. Melt 2 táblespoons olive oil in heávy skillet over medium high heát, ádd chicken thighs ánd seáson with gárlic sált ánd pepper. Cook 5-6 minutes eách side until golden brown ánd cooked through. Remove from skillet ánd set áside.

  3. Meánwhile: máke the creámy tomáto sáuce in á sáuce pán, melt butter ánd sáute the gárlic for ábout 1 minutes.
  4. Add in the tomáto sáuce ánd állow to simmer ábout 20 minutes to slightly thicken.
  5. Slowly pour in creám ánd mix to combined, then ádd in pármesán ánd gárlic sált ánd stir to fully incorporáte, remove form stove ánd pour into fresh tomáto mixture.
